Course Cancellations & Refund Policy

Notifications of cancellations, refunds and requests for transfers must be made in writing to us. 

More than 30 days from course commencement

In the event of a cancellation, ARIA Dental Ed will refund 90% of the fees.

10 – 30 days from course commencement

In the event of a cancellation, ARIA Dental Ed will refund 30% of the fees.

10 days or less from course commencement

In the event of notification of a cancellation 10 working days or less before the course date, fees paid will not be refunded.

In the event of a course cancellation by an invited speaker ARIA Dental Ed will provide immediate notice of cancellations to participants, however will not be responsible for any financial expenses such as accomodation, airfare or other travel costs. ARIA will provide immediate refunds to participants or may endeavour to provide a future suitable date.

Covid-19 Policy

In the event of a Covid-19 delay or cancellation, ARIA Dental Ed will offer alternative dates for the course and a refund option to students. 

Any refunds completed will deduct credit card and payment processing fees.
